Terms and Conditions Booking with LCORTEZ BEAUTY BAR means that you agree to the following: All clients are required to pay a $25 non-refundable deposit and understand that under no circumstances will this be returned Booking means the client understands that they can only carry the deposit over once and must reschedule 5 business days or more before their service Reschedules must be made within 1 week of current availability. If rescheduling is not possible within that time frame, the client must fully cancel the appointment and pay a new deposit to re-book. All clients agree to contact us via email (info@lcortezbeautybar.com) or text 305-489-1786 (NOT via social media) as soon as they can for any changes to the service Same-Day Cancellations or Arriving 20 minutes past your appointment time is considered a “no-show” and you will be charged the full amount of your service More than 15 minutes late to your appointment will have to pay a new deposit and reschedule All clients agree to communicate via email or text if they are running late and will still be required to pay for the service that was booked and will only given the remaining time of service. Policies still apply to clients with gift certificates 48 hours or Less Re-scheduling Policy 48 hours prior or less you will be charged a 25% re-booking fee to reschedule Day prior reschedules (day prior cancellations) you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit of 50% to reschedule Same day cancellations will be required to pay 100% of the service LCORTEZ BEAUTY BAR has the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these terms and conditions.
